Sometimes you might have some questions which other people may have already asked, so to save you time we have compiled a list of our most frequently asked question. However if you do have an other queries, don't hesitate to contact us.
Do I need a licence to put on a fireworks display?
A licence is not required in the United Kingdom Do I need insurance?
For a public event you would require your own insurance but we would always recommend using a professional firework company who are fully insured. Are you insured?
We have £10 million public liability insurance as standard. Is there a curfew for firework displays? 11pm is the curfew for most nights so to ensure your display is finished by this time the latest we can begin a display is 10.45pm. For most events the latest time we will take a booking for is 10.30pm. Exceptions include November 5th which has a midnight curfew. Diwali, Chinese New Year and New Year’s Eve which have a 1am curfew. Do I need to notify local authorities?
Not normally, but depending on the display location we may advice liaising with certain authorities. However if your display may cause an unexpected disturbance to people or livestock, letting your neighbours and authorities know will make everyone aware. What do you displays cost?
Our firework displays start from £500 including VAT and go up to whatever your budget requires. How much space do I need?
We perform displays in numerous different venues and locations which vary in size and outdoor space. The space available may limit the size of the display but every display is tailored to your budget and your venue and we would always include a site visit and assess the area first so we could recommend the best location.
Can you do displays to music?
We do offer pyromuscial displays which are choreographed to music. What happens if the weather is bad?
Even if the weather is bad we can normally still go ahead and it is VERY rare that the weather will affect a display. When do I need to book?
Ideally as early as possible. We get extremely busy! However if it is a last minute booking it is always worth contacting us as we will always try our best to fit you in. Do I need to pay a deposit?
A £50 deposit is required to confirm your booking and this can be paid with Paypal, BACS, Cheque or Cash. The full balance is due two weeks prior to your display.
